2. Website access and hosting

This website uses Firebase Hosting from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. Delivering a page requires processing connection data, including your IP address and technical information about the request, browser and time of access. This supports website delivery, reliability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website.

Google processes hosting data as a service provider. Firebase Hosting uses Google's global infrastructure; processing outside the EU, including in the United States, is possible. According to the Firebase privacy information, IP data is retained for a few months to detect abuse and analyse service usage.

The Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms apply to processing. These terms explain the safeguards provided for international transfers, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See also Google's privacy information.

3. Enquiries and contact

The enquiry form allows you to enter your name, email address, occasion, preferred car, date, party size and a message. Entries are initially processed only in your browser. “Open enquiry in email” passes a draft to your email application. The website does not submit those entries to a server. We receive your enquiry at max@enowaclassiccars.com only when you send the email. Your and our email providers participate in delivery.

We use the information received to respond and arrange the requested service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other messages, based on our interest in responding to you. Providing information is voluntary, but we need suitable contact details to reply.

Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, fulfil a subsequent contract or protect legitimate legal claims. Statutory retention duties may require longer storage (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). People handling the enquiry and necessary technical providers may access the data.

4. Gift preview, preferences and content

Names in the gift preview and your language, route and image selections are processed in the page's memory. The website code does not store cookies or Local Storage entries for these features. The gift preview is not an order; information reaches us only through an enquiry that you send.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website. Fonts, images and schematic route maps are served through our own hosting. There are no embedded external map services or social media plugins. Technical hosting data is processed as described in section 2.

If you follow a link to the Enowa company website or another website, that website's privacy information applies.

5. Your rights

Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future.

Right to object: If processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Please contact info@enowaclassiccars.com.

You may complain to a data protection authority (Article 77 GDPR), particularly in the place where you live, work or suspect an infringement. The authority for private businesses in Bavaria is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).

This website does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
